Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily Inside Sales Contractor deliverables at Credit Wellness, LLC, focusing on financial reporting, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance as well as patient care standards, clinical safety protocols, and medical documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues and team leads in United States to plan, execute, and review project milestones.
• Maintain high quality, accuracy, and clear documentation across all workflows and internal processes.
• Identify practical ways to improve efficiency, solve operational bottlenecks, and deliver reliable outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
• Apply best practices in financial reporting, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance, patient care standards, clinical safety protocols, and medical documentation, digital campaign execution, audience growth, and performance tracking to support long-term team goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Demonstrated background with 1 year of hands-on professional experience relevant to Inside Sales Contractor or software it.
• Practical proficiency in financial reporting, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance as well as patient care standards, clinical safety protocols, and medical documentation.
• Strong foundational training or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
• Clear written and spoken English communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
