Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily In-Home Physician Per Diem - Jasper deliverables at Lifelancer, focusing on financial reporting, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance as well as patient care standards, clinical safety protocols, and medical documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues and team leads in United States to plan, execute, and review project milestones.
• Maintain high quality, accuracy, and clear documentation across all workflows and internal processes.
• Identify practical ways to improve efficiency, solve operational bottlenecks, and deliver reliable outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
• Apply best practices in financial reporting, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance, patient care standards, clinical safety protocols, and medical documentation, pharmaceutical dispensing, patient medication safety, dosage review, and GMP standards to support long-term team goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Demonstrated background with 5+ years of proven track record delivering high-impact results in a similar role relevant to In-Home Physician Per Diem - Jasper or pharma medical.
• Practical proficiency in financial reporting, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance as well as patient care standards, clinical safety protocols, and medical documentation.
• Valid professional certification, trade diploma, or active license required for the role.
• Clear written and spoken English communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
