Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily AI Transformation Owner, CRO deliverables at GitLab Inc., focusing on data analysis, machine learning workflows, and reporting as well as patient care standards, clinical safety protocols, and medical documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues and team leads in United States to plan, execute, and review project milestones.
• Maintain high quality, accuracy, and clear documentation across all workflows and internal processes.
• Identify practical ways to improve efficiency, solve operational bottlenecks, and deliver reliable outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
• Apply best practices in data analysis, machine learning workflows, and reporting, patient care standards, clinical safety protocols, and medical documentation, digital campaign execution, audience growth, and performance tracking to support long-term team goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Demonstrated background with 2–4 years of relevant practical experience in a fast-paced professional environment relevant to AI Transformation Owner, CRO or data analytics.
• Practical proficiency in data analysis, machine learning workflows, and reporting as well as patient care standards, clinical safety protocols, and medical documentation.
• Valid professional certification, trade diploma, or active license required for the role.
• Clear written and spoken English communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
