Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily Accounting & Finance Manager deliverables at Political Asylum Lawyers, focusing on data analysis, machine learning workflows, and reporting as well as financial reporting, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues and team leads in United States to plan, execute, and review project milestones.
• Maintain high quality, accuracy, and clear documentation across all workflows and internal processes.
• Identify practical ways to improve efficiency, solve operational bottlenecks, and deliver reliable outcomes for customers and stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Demonstrated background with 5 years of hands-on professional experience relevant to Accounting & Finance Manager or finance accounting.
• Practical proficiency in data analysis, machine learning workflows, and reporting as well as financial reporting, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Clear written and spoken English communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
