Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily Account Director, AI Workloads-JD deliverables at Fly, focusing on cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation as well as data analysis, machine learning workflows, and reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues and team leads in United States to plan, execute, and review project milestones.
• Maintain high quality, accuracy, and clear documentation across all workflows and internal processes.
• Identify practical ways to improve efficiency, solve operational bottlenecks, and deliver reliable outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
• Apply best practices in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation, data analysis, machine learning workflows, and reporting, patient care standards, clinical safety protocols, and medical documentation to support long-term team goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Demonstrated background with 7+ years of progressive domain expertise including team mentorship and strategic leadership relevant to Account Director, AI Workloads-JD or data analytics.
• Practical proficiency in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation as well as data analysis, machine learning workflows, and reporting.
• Strong foundational training or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
• Clear written and spoken English communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
